Outlook user sends single email & the recipient receives 3 copies

Outlook 2002 user sends a single email and the recipient receives 3 copies,
why? This was not happening a few months ago and now suddenly it is. How do
I correct. Thank you.

What type of mail server?
Happen with every mail sent to any recipient?

I have the same problem - Outlook 2003. When I send an email with an
attachement it duplicates the email to the receipient.
Sometimes myy mailer displayed the pointer ``See
http://pobox.com/~djb/docs/smtplf.html. (Something to do with bare Lf's in
SMTP)

And someone already replied to your other post on the problem. Check their
answer and see if it helps (mostly because I agree, A/V is the most common
cause of the attachment issue).
