Outlook Xpress 6

When I send a picture attached to an email message, it sends the message in
several different parts. The recipient receives the message as several
different messages and each message contains nothing but gibberish. How can
I correct this?

Maybe incorrect encoding? But you'd be better off asking your question
in an Outlook Express forum such as
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general -or-
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress
