Sent not received

Outlook had been working fine. This is a POP3 account. Regularing sending
messages and one day discovered that sent messages were not received by the
addressee.

1) Outlook shows outgoing folder empty after sending.
2) Sent a several test messages to myself at two different addresses. Not
received.
3) Sent several test message and that works fine.
4) Called ISP who is the outbook server for POP3. Account was checked and
all is fine. No blocking in place.
5) Sent messages direct from web site of address of e-mail address I am
using POP3 access for. Worked fine.
6) A check with recipients shows problem started the day before I recognized
it.

Do you have a virus scanner installed which integrates itself with Outlook?
Uninstall this integration part of your virus scanner and try again; you'd
still be sufficiently protected by your on-access scanner part of the virus
scanner. For more details see;
