Outlook 2007 and Windows 7

I have been receiving copies of e-mails that I send to anyone. It is very
frustrating to keep getting copies of the e-mails everytime I send one. I
never had this problem until using Office 2007 and, now, Windows 7. I have
searched everywhere in Outlook and help forums and have not found a solution.
How do I stop this since it ties up my sends and receives gettin MULTIPLE
duplicate copies of what I sent.

You disable your Anti Virus or Security Suite from scanning your emails
