Outlook Today Home page error

To Whom it May Concern,

An error is displayed when trying to access my home page
in Outlook 2002.

I have set the page to default, changed the "outlwvw.dll"
to .old and performed a detect and repair, reinstalled the
whole office app by removing the original and starting
from scratch.

Nothing seems to have helped my situation. If you have
experienced anything close to what I am going through;
please help?
