Custumize Outlook Today Does Not Appear When Selected

Hi to all
When I want to change setting of Outlook Today, it does
not do anything.
I have proven re-installing, repairing, rename outlwvw.dll
and according to Knowledge Base Article - 288287, not this
available Restore button.
What I can do?
Waiting for its helps.
