outlook today for Outlook 2003 ver 11 (XP)

I cannot find Outlook Today icons for Outlook 2003 ver 11 (XP) . Did they
remove this feature? Please advise where I can have the Outlook Today for
this version.

Clicking the root of your delivery location in the Navigation Pane should
show you Outlook Today, as should clicking the Outlook Today icon at the
left end of the Advanced toolbar.
