Outlook Today Customized View

Is it possible to display the reading pane (inbox) on the bottom or to the
right of your outlook today page instead of having to click on the link to go
to another whole new window. I am using 2003 but am interested in knowing
about 2007 also. It would be so awesome to be able to view my inbox reading
pane, tasks list, and calendar all on one screen instead of having to
maneuver around. Please tell me it is possible or with this add in it is or
something -- I can hope anyway!!
