outlook to windows mail?

I got a new laptop with vista on it. there is no outlook anylonger. I have a
big contacts list on my old laptop in outlook, how can I bring it across to
the new PC?
Windows mail seems to be more like outlook express and the adress book seems
only to store e-mail addresses not the mail addresses. Is there some kind,
knowledgable person to help me with that? Thank you.

Undoubtedly - but not necessarily here in this newsgroup, which is for a
different program (the database software Microsoft Access).

Please scroll down the list and repost in an Outlook newsgroup. There are
vista groups too, but be aware that they're under attack from anti-Microsoft
trolls and may be unpleasant to visit.
