Hi,
Got a call from a user on Office 2003 with Windows XP this morning
complaining of no email. After confirming everything was fine on our IMAP
server I had him reboot as usual. It didn't fix it. Outlook 2003 claimed to
be fetching mail but nothing new was showing in his inbox.
I checked, the PST file was approaching 2GB and it was a 2000 file on FAT32.
Naturally I followed the instructions to create a new PST file and imported
from the old one. Afterwards we set new mail to be delivered to the new PST
file and rebooted the machine.
However, although the new PST file seems fine and is the first in the tree
on the left, the problem persists. There is no error. The new PST file
actually seems slightly smaller than the old one.
Now I've got no idea what to do. But he can't get any new email. Any ideas
please?
Cheers!
