Outlook Signature File

I am running Outlook 2003 and have a "standard" and "reply" signature file.
Every time the PC is powered down, the signature file is saved but must be
selected to be applied to messages. This is happening on every machine
running Outlook 2003 across the network.

Any thoughts on how to keep the signature file applied even after power is
cut would be greatly appreciated.

In Tools | Options | Mail Format do you have the signatures set to apply by
default to Replies, etc.?

No. This problem is ocurring on the main network - not coming in through the
term server. There is however an individual who comes in via term server and
is unable to expand messages or reply to them when in Outlook. OWA works
fine but Outlook when accessed through term server only displays the messages
in the preview pane.

Roaming profiles? It sounds like either the Signatures files or the mail profile settings aren't persisted.

No roaming profiles - they are all local. That being said, how can I ensure
that sig files or mail profile settings are persisting?
