Signatures with File Send To

We now have a standard that corporately everyone should include a signature
with every email they send. However, when you are in Excel, Word, etc. and
choose File --> Send To the Signature is not there in Outlook. Is there a
way to have the signature appear automatically that way as well?

No because the Simple MAPI interface used by those buttons can't access the
signature feature. Add the signature manually.
