Outlook 2007 Signature Issues

We are trying to standardize our signatures here at work. We will soon all be
using Outlook 2007. I've hit some snags when trying to create/use signatures
in Outlook 2007.

1) When you insert an image into the signature area, it makes the image
bigger and fuzzy. Why is this? What happened to the external signature editor
(Word, Front Page)? We need our logo to look professional when we sent out
emails to customers and prospects.

2) If I go the electronic business card route, when I send mail, it always
attaches a .vcf file in addition to adding the electronic business card image
in my signature. Is there any way to NOT attach the .vcf file automatically?
There's no need for us to send email to each other internally with a .vcf
file attached every time and I KNOW people are not going to rememeber to
remove that file manually.

Thanks in advance for any input you might have. I've searched about this
issue exhaustively and can't seem to find the answers I need. I need
something that's easy for my users to do, and it seems that's not an option

1) You need to add height and width tags to your images to support
Outlook 2007.

2) You create a link to your business card from within your email
signature.
