Outlook '07 send VCard w/out sending VCF attachment automatically

In Outlook 2007, I want to send a business card (VCard) for my signature but
I don't want the VCF attachment to be sent. I just don't want to send
attachments with every message I send. Other than remembering to manually
remove the attached VCF file for each message I compose, is there a better
way to prevent the file from being attached?

Thanks for the advice but when I do that, the message goes to the recipient's
junk email folder. It says in part "Outlook blocked access to the following
potentially unsafe attachments: image001.jpg". It also says the message was
converted to plain text and it says to restore functionality, move the
message to the Inbox. I don't want my emails going to recipient's junk email
folders. Other suggestions?

The message is not being delivered to the Junk Email folder merely based on
the fact that you have a picture in your signature. There must be other
characteristics of the message into play here.

I have a similar challenge - I have a new Vista/Office 2007 installation and
my Outlook 2007 is attaching the following two uesless files "Image001.jpg
and Image002.jpg" to my sent e-mails. My recipients are wary about these two
empty Jpg files. How can I disable this unwanted feature?... I'm not even
sending a Vcard or attachements. I only have my signatures set for all of my
accounts settings.

Also, when I create a gap/carriage return (double Enter) between paragraphs
in a new email message, outlook 2007 appears to make these paragraph gaps
larger with an increased font size. This distorts the look of my email and is
only obvious after it has been sent.

Much appreciated if somone could assist in disabling unwanted e-mail
attachments and if anyone could explain what is causing huge parragraph
gaps???.

Thanks in anticipation,

Daryl

Are you using a theme or stationery?
Are you typing in the signature area? (right click - do you see a list of
sigs?)

Hi Diane,
Thanks for responding.

No, It states "No theme currently selected" in the options and I've not
explicitly gone in there to change personal stationery!

No, I'm typing above the signature area - Right click reveals font dialouge
menu and not sigs. when I'm composing an e-amail message.

I'm still getting the JPG's being attached?

Thanks again for assisting.

Daryl
