Don't know what you mean by "as it was before" because that doesn't tell us
what it was before. I'll guess that the column is missing. Right-click on
the column header row, select Field Chooser, and add the wanted field. Then
drag it around to wherever you want it positioned amongst the other columns.
Otherwise, you could reset the view to get back the default setup. As a
last ditch fix, you could run "outlook.exe /cleanviews" to put all views
back to their defaults.

i guess i was n't clear, sorry, i will try to make it clearer this time.

the archieved sent folder is set with the sender as the title, & not the
reciepnt as the normal sent folder, so its hard to look up an email as you
see only one name in all emails header the sender ( X ) while we need to the
reciepent name instead (, A, b, ...etc) as the header as in the regualr sent
folder.

thans for your reply, i will be waiting for advise on my problem, hoping i
have made it clear

So exactly WHAT columns are shown in the folder? Have you tried the
suggestion to use Field Chooser to add whatever columns you want? You can
also delete columns, so if From is shown and you want the To column. When
the Field Chooser dialog is present, drag off whatever column you want to
delete, like the From header if you don't want that column. Then use Field
Chooser to add whatever column you want, like the To header. Drag them
around to organize in whatever order you want. Click on any header to sort
by that column. The sort order will toggle with each click on the header.
You can also define a view that will sort by multiple columns.
