How to retrieve deleted sent items?

Last week my boss deleted her sent mail folder which she
had important files that she needed. Now she want to
retrieve them and the only thing she has in her archive
folder is from Nov-03. Is there any way to retrieve her
old sent mail form exchange server?

You can recover deleted items from an Exchange server, depending on the server Settings. Select the deleted items folder, then go to tools, recover deleted items. All deleted items should appear, depening on how long they are saved on the server, which would be set by the Exchange Administrator
