Outlook sending

I recently got some spam from newsgroups, so i right clicked it to reply to
the group. Now whenever i start outlook express it tries to send to that
group still but still gets the error, how to i stop this happening. Thanks

Look and see if the message is still in your outbox. Delete it if it is.
