In Jim Penniston had this to say:
My reply is at the bottom of your sent message:
XP Home right click on a file and send to mail recipient has stopped
working, I get no error just nothing happens.
As this is a quick way to email reduced size photos I really miss it.
Have tried "send page by email from IE which starts up outlook
express 6 with no problem
Any suggestions please
I don't know why it won't work any longer...
Two solutions...
For now you can just drag stuff to the open email (start an email and then
drag the attachment) which is what I do otherwise my firewall gets annoying
and asks me if it's okay for Explorer.exe to send stuff as an email client.
Second idea:
Go to C:\Documents and Settings\Your User Name Here\Send To
Open up another user's same Send To folder.
Drag their copy of the Mail Recipient to your folder... Your shortcut in
there might have become corrupted. I'm pretty sure there's a command line
and a new shortcut that can be created but for the life of me I can't think
of it at the moment.
