Outlook scheduling

Presently we use Goldmine and Outlook for scheduling.
Outlook is great to schedule meetings and view other
parties calendars, and Goldmine allows employees company
wide to schedule conference rooms. Is there a way for
Outlook to do this without having to have one person log
into a Outlook account for a specified conference room and
do all the scheduling for that room? Such as having more
than one Outlook account loaded on one computer so that we
can have an account (and calendar) for each conference
room.

Thank you for any help.
