Outlook Rules

Hey all, I have my direct email and a distrubition inbox to a specific
department, I was wondering if any of you knew how I could set rules for
certain messages to go to subfolders on an inbox such as this. I am the
owner of the distribution box so I should have any and all rights if this is
possible. Thanks for the help

Tools>Rules and Alerts will get you into the rules wizard. You'll have to
decide on the rules yourself, though, since you don't state how you want the
messages sorted.
 
Hey thanks Brian, But that only appears to be applying rules to my primary
inbox, not the distrubition inbox.

The multiple posts were because i had left out the version and such info, my
appologies.

So if anyone knows and has done this with distribution boxes let me know

I don't know what you mean by "distribution inbox", but rules work
automatically only on the default inbox or an IMAP inbox.
