Outlook.pst and pop3 account details whereabouts

I have reformatted my hard drives and reinstalled WIN XP and Office 2003. I
have replaced the new Oulook.pst file with the backed up copy i made earlier.
All my emails and contacts are now available.

However there is no send/receive button visible on the toolbar of Outlook
and I understand that this means that my POP3 accounts have not been set up.
Are these details kept in Outlook.pst, if they are how do I "re-activate"
them? Or do I have to manually set up my account and incoming mail rules?

You have to manually setup the accounts, they are not contained in the data
file

Thanks for your help, DL. Wonder how long it will take to guess the
passwords!!
