When I click on a profile at start-up it says its not valid.
In mail -email acounts it won't let me choose email accounts and when I pick
profiles I get an error message: internal MAPI error -profile can not be
found, contact administrator.
I'm using XP and I've just installed Office 2007. Really having problems
setting up profiles -HELP!

I saw this solution in another thread, but, alas, have no idea what it
means.
Do I hold down the "H" key then type the rest ? Really..need help, clueless.

No. Open a command prompt and type in "regedit" (without the quotes) and hit
Return.
When the registry editor opens, navigate to that registry key. It's quite
easy and self-explanatory.

YAY it worked! In the meantime I think I figured out how to use different
identities in the same profile. We'll see how that works for now. Thank you!

Not possible because Outlook doesn't have anything called "identities".
