Outlook problems after installing connector

I reinstalled Office 2003 after replacing my XP Pro hard drive and I
configured Outlook to work with my MSN account. I have two user accounts.
Outlook was working with both accounts but it was awkward to use. I then
reinstalled Outlook connector. It works mostly very well with my MSN account,
but I have encountered two problems;
1. when I click on any of the "Outlook connector" menu items outlook
abruptly shuts down.
2. when my other user attempts to run outlook it tries to start up but then
abruptly shuts down.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks;

I don't have a path that looks like the one you suggested. I did find a srs
file in C:\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook. I deleted it in both user
accounts, but the problem still exists.
