How to use different "FROM" address with Outlook Connector

I'm using Outlook and Outlook Connector to access my MSN email account. Is
there a way to change the "FROM" address when using this configuration? I
used to be able to do when using Hotmail/MSN email account setting in Outlook
but Outlook Connector removed that option.

It's not possible with the connector but you could use pop3 access (but it
only gets the inbox).

Create a second account as a POP account that uses your other address and send
it through the MSN (or gmail or your ISP) SMTP server, using your MSN (or
gmail or your ISP) credentials to authenticate to the server. Configure this
account so it does not receive. There really isn't any reason to send using
MSN when other free SMTP servers exist, but there's not reason not to use it,
either, if you authenticate properly.
