Outlook problem

I have a couple of clients that use outlook 2003 for
their mail. When they click the send and receive button
the mail starts to come then stops after about 15 emails.
It creates an error message and stops. The problem seems
to be that the messages that are downloaded to the inbox
are not being released from the isp mail server. The next
time they check their mail, they get the same messages
again and the same error messages. It seems to have just
started within the last month or so. I have talked to
both of their isps and they both say there is nothing
wrong on their end. All updates to Office 2003 have been
done. Any help would be great!!

Try increasing the send/receive interval and the server timeout value.
