Outlook Printing Problem

I have a good one for you. I have user that I support that
when he goes to print the email it does not print the

From:
Sent:
To:
CC:
Subject:

part of the email at all? Any suggestions? He is using
Windows XP Pro, Office XP Pro, and a Laserjet 4050.

I am Having the same problem. Using 2000 and HP 4050N and
HP 4100 Printers. For the user it is random. Does not
always appear in the Subject or header. It sometimes will
drop a word from the Email message itself.
I have yet to figure out the issue.
Have you received any info since this posting.
