Outlook printer selection

Outlook does not allow me to change printers. The default printer name is
gray and I can not click open the pop-down window. Several printers are
installed and work in my other applications. Is there some setting I need to
adjust?

At what point are you trying to change the printer? From the main menu? Give
us precise steps you're following.
