Outlook POP3 feature?

I have been trying to set-up my Outlook POP3 with my ISP
Email (Wowway) and cannot do so. Everything goes through
fine until I click "Test Account" then an error message
pops up. It says:
"Find incoming POP3 server - Complete"
"Find outgoing SMTP server - Complete"
"Log onto incoming server - Failed"
"Log onto outgoing server - Failed"
Can anyone please help me with this problem?

wowway is who can help. you probably have some setting wrong that is
required to log into their server, if they didn't give you explicit
instructions when you subscribed then you should ask them now how to do it.

Hi Jason,
please check your email/ Username and password. It seems to be wrong.
