Outlook placing some emails in junk folder

My client is complaining that occasionally Outlook 2003 is placing some
emails from a fellow staff member in the junk folder. I was under the
impression that once an email address is added to the Outlook address book it
is essentially white listed.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Have you tried right clicking on the email (from the panel view) and
selecting the add sender to safe list option?

Excuse me, let me make a correction. When you right click the message, go
down to "junk email" and THEN selection "the add sender to sender safe list.
Sorry about that.
 
No, the address book is not automatically whitelisted, add the entire domain
to the safe list.
