outlook parameters

Does anyone know if it is possible to start outlook with a certain profile.
something like \outlook.exe -profile=profilename
We want to use different profiles based on the machine the user is working
on.

Yes, I vaguely remember this but can't tell you exactly how. If you use
roaming Windows profiles, this info follows the user around anyway. If you
don't use roaming profiles, you have to set up a profile for each user on
each computer or use profile generation tools to do so. I prefer roaming
Windows profiles as the user also gets his/her customized desktop settings,
printers, Internet favorites, etc.....just my $.02
