Dual Outlook Profiles

Is it possable to open 2 separate instances of Outlook 2003 at the same
time?

I was able to OPEN 2 intances of Outlook using the /Switch "/profile
ProfileName" in the Outlook shortcut with the Target Field with the 2
Profiles that I have created in the Mail Profile section...

example of taget section in the Outlook shortcut:

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\OUTLOOK.EXE" /profile
FirstProfile
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\OUTLOOK.EXE" /profile
SecondProfile

Problem with this is when I Open the first Shoutcut opening the First
Profile, I then select the second shortcut expecting to Open the second
profile and what happens is it Opens the first Profile... again...

If I close the first Outlook instance with the first Profile and then Open
the Second Outlook Shortcut, it will Open the Second profile...

I task is to have both instances of Outlook Open at the same time... Is this
possable ???
