Outlook overwrites address book

G

Guest

I've used the address book in the start menu of windows XP to put in all my
contacts.
Recently I got an e-mail adress plus server and i use outlook to make use of
my new e-mail address.
Now-it seems- the outlook adress book has overwritten my original one.
Please help me recover my original address book
Thanks

at the start menu, run command type
wab

which addresses do you see? if you see the ones in Outlook, we need to know
which version of Outlook you use - see help, about.

Outlook stores all of it's contacts in the contacts folder, it doesn't use
the WAB but some versions can share the contacts with the WAB.
