Outlook Offline icon in System Tray

I have Small Business Server 2003 with Exchange 2003 running and POP3
connector to ISP mail server. I am seeing an icon in the client Outlook that
says it is Offline. What is that? and, what can I do to resolve it?

It means you're working just on the cached local copy of your mailbox and not
connected to the mailbox on the server. As you have POP mail you'll still be
able to send/receive mail on that account but you aren't 'talking' to the
Exchange server.

Click on the arrow next to where it says Offline, and un-select Work Offline.
