outlook office 2007 not working .How to get it back please?

Hi, my office outlook 2007 small business has stopped working. won't open at
all. How can I get it to work again... Sorry novice here

What error message(s) are you receiving. What happened before this issue. Did you install anything,did you uninstall anything,which AV are you using,Windows version, etc

Hi, no error message, just will not start up at all from either programmes or
tiscali home page.
Using windows xp...AV ??? novice says what's this.
Unfortunately programmes were already installed by Dell upon purchase so no
back up disk to reinstall.
Before: Tiscali lost all emails on my account. They then stopped account
whilst investigating, and then reset email account. outlook office has not
worked ince beginning of missing emails.

AV = anti virus software

If Dell supplied no restore disks, then a means of restoring your PC would
ususally be found on a hidden partition on your hard disk.
You should read Dell documentation / help carefully as there maybe a means
to make recovery disks.
If this is not the case you should contact Dell to obtain recovery disks, to
include Office.

You say this was installed when you purchased your system from Dell. Are you absolutely positive that this Office program was not only a Trial version ??

go to control panel, mail (or right click on the outlook icon on the start
menu and choose properties) and make a new profile - does it open if you use
a new profile?

you can also try office diagnostics from any other application in the office
suite. If the application does not have a Help menu (such as in word or
excel), look for it in the office icon (formerly File menu location), click
the [application] Options button at the bottom of the dialog and choose
Resources category.
