Outlook Newsgroup Icon missing in Commands

When attemptingto install the Newsgroup function, I inadvertently deleted
the Newsgroup icon from the Command menu where you get it and drag and drop
it into the Go function. I am unable to activate Newsgroups. How do i get the
icon back and in turn be able to actibate he news group function?

Outlook 2003? Make sure Outlook Express is set as the default newsreader in
Control Panel-> Internet Options-> tab Programs
Outlook isn't a newsreader but uses Outlook Express for this.
