Outlook - making me cross! - error messages & repeatedly sending m

Hi. Can someone please help me. After sending messages - it takes all day
to actually send - and only goes when i press the send button - then comes
back with Error (0X800CCC19) - "a timeout has occured while communicating
with the server". ALSO it is repeatedly sending old messages that comes in
EVERY 3 MINUTES!.....which is really frustrating!. (it is continuously
synchronising - which I find strange - any replies grateful ..

My hotmail live account works well... I dont know if this has anything to do
with it...

I had the same problem as you and I thought that maybe there was a virus...but really, the problem is that you have overloaded either your Inbox folder or your Sent folder! You just need to delete a bunch of old emails and slim down both folders!
Sometimes compacting your emails help too.
