What version of Outlook? Is this a paid Yahoo! account?

Brian, It is Outlook 2003, and Yahoo is not a paid account

You can't use Outlook or any other mail client to access a free Yahoo!
account. Those accounts are web-based only.

What if I just use outlook is that possible? I have tried to set it up,
however I have unsuccessful at it. Alot of my programs ask if I want to email
an article but my outlook is not set up. Don't know how to set it up.

Microsoft programs have email option through Outlook, however I don't have it
set up. I don't know how to either.

Haven't tried, but it is my understanding that "YahooPops" is supposed to
handle it.

Hotmail is also a web-based free account but I've got a link to Outlook.

My problem is that Outlook is so complicated I just use Hotmail straight
from the web.

Is this a free Yahoo account? Yahoo.com doesn't allow access by Outlook to
free accounts and the European Yahoo servers are going that way as well.
Use ypops as a proxy. http://ypopsemail.com/
