I have a primary e-mail address with AT&T. All of my e-mail is generated
from this account.

I use a second e-mail address for all of my business e-mail which is
supported by the organization that hosts my website.

How do I insure that the second e-mail address is the only one shown as the
generating or return address on all of my e-mail messages?

Specify whatever e-mail address you want in the properties of the e-mail
accounts that you defined in Outlook.

Thanks. I included the e-mail address I wanted to appear on all messages in
the "Reply To: section of the specifications for the account. Apparently
that doesn't ensure that the name you include will be the one that appears as
the "From Address" in the outgoing e-mail.

Reply-To is only applicable when the recipient of your e-mails actually
*replies* to you. If you want to advertise an e-mail address than then
one that is actually for the account that you use to send e-mails then
change the E-mail field to specify whatever e-mail address you want.

Of course, recipients can still look at the Received headers in a
received e-mail to notice that the e-mail address you claim is yours (in
the From header) might not match the domain for the mail server that
sent your e-mail. They could get suspicious seeing a difference.

When sending mail, you can specify the sending account in the new message
windows using the Accounts button, which is available in Outlook 2002 and
later. You did not bother to tell us your version of Outlook so it may not
be an option for you.
