Outlook mail service setting - "Services" not on "Tools" menu

I've installed Office 2000 on my workstation, but when I
try to add a mail account through the "Tools" menu,
the "Services" command does not appear. Is there a method
for resolving this problem? (Note: I installed Office
2000 under a local User account, not as an Administrator.)

Thank you in advance.

You have installed in Corporate/Workgroup mode, not Internet Mail Only mode.
You can still add an account in there if you go to tools | services, but if
you wish IMO, go to tools, options, find the Reconfigure Mail Support
button, and make sure you have your Office CD/media handy before clicking
it.

Actually, it is the other way around. Installing in CW mode gives you the
Tools->Services option. IMO gives you the Tools->Accounts option.
