outlook logon to pophm.sympatico.ca and password

Hi there: I've been using outlook for my emails. I haven't run into any
problems but today I keep getting a log on which I've never seen. It says
logon to pophm.sympatico.ca, Please verify that both the username and
password are correct for your mail server. then it asks for my user name and
password. I've tried many variables but it's not working. Could anyone
please help me? thanks.
