Hello
sorry for the lack of information.
ok, when i start outlook 2003 and try to recieve messages, i get :
Microsoft Office outlook.
Microsoft Office Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close.
we are sorry for the inconvenience.
if you were in the middle of something.the information you were working on
might be lost.
(tick in box) restart Microsoft Outlook

Please tell Microsoft about this problem.
we have created an error report that you can send to help us improve
Microsoft Office Outlook. we will treat this report as confidential and
anonymous:
the emails that are coming in are un-titled and around 5kb..this morning
they are 10KB ,also where it says 'Receiving message ' bottom right hand
corner, even though i now have 6 messages ,it always says Receiving Message 1
of 2 (34b of 21.4b)

thankyou Kathleen ,
