outlook is only working only on safemode

hello i installed outlook 2002 at home and everything was working fuine until
3 days ago
i went to windows xp event viewer

this is what i get

Faulting application outlook.exe, version 10.0.2627.1, faulting module
outllib.dll, version 10.0.2627.1, fault address 0x001d97cd

when i try to open outlook he close itself and only letting me in on safemode

i tried many thing that were on forums
like uninstall and reinstall office
restart the computer
restart the preferences
erase the file outllib.dll

but nothing works
i hope you will be able to help me

Erasing the file will only lead to more issues. Reinstall it to make sure
the file is back where it belongs.
After that install Service Pack 3 and additional updates for Office 2002.
You are currently using no updates at all and you are probably trying to
troubleshoot something that has already been solved.
