When i Double Click an Email Outlook Crashes

It Works Fine in Safemode
I Have Ran Scanpst.exe
I Have Ran Office Diagnostics

The Following is the Event Log

addins installed? (Tools, Trust Center, Addins)

It happens with any email & from the look of it all i have installed are the
Standard Office/Windows Plugins

Does it happen with any message or a specific message? Do you have any
addins installed? (Tools, Trust Center, Addins)
