Outlook 2003 AND OUTLIB.DLL

We have several machines in cached exchange mode that are closing Outlook
when people open messages. It started in August 2008 and has the following
errors. we have done several things on the box which have not worked. Any
ideas? Oh ya...OWA works fine, and a new person receiving a new machines
with all the WSUS patches also blows up. You can open the same message 4
times and then it will blow up.

Do you see the same issue in safe mode?

How to start Outlook in safe mode.
* Start > Run
* Type: outlook.exe /safe
* OK button

If it doesn't happen in safe mode, start looking at 3rd party things that
integrate with Microsoft Outlook. It could range from things like Adobe
Acrobat (not reader, but the full versions), PDA sync software, FAX
software, security software (antispam/antivirus), to productivity addins
that manage contacts or allow for quick search.
