Outlook is Corrupt

HI-I have been told by earthlink and Microsoft that my
Outlook is corrupt-please let me know how to fix it-I
cannot open my icon for the e-mails but am able to
connect to the internet and get e-mail through web-mail-

Sharon, you will need to reinstall Outlook from the CD. Depending on the
version (which you didnt state) you can repair Outlook from the CD. If you
can open Outlook, alternatively, you can goto Help/Detect and Repair from
the menu, but again, you will need your original CD.
