Outlook - Interface Not Registered?

Hi,

Have installed Office 2003 onto a machine with XP. I have setup my Outlook
to have my Hotmail Account. I have also installed AVG Anti-Virus. I had an
issue with AVG and had to install both Office and AVG. Since then everytime
I create a new mail (Outlook uses Word as it's editor) and press send, a Word
dialog box comes up saying interface not registered. There is no further
commands, help. Can anyone suggest what is wrong?
