What is 'interface not registered' mean?

I have outlook 2003 that came as part of my Office 2003. It has been loaded
on my machine for bout 2 years. Suddenly cannot send emails anymore. It is
now saying 'Interface not registered' every time I push send or save. What
does this mean? How do I fix it please?

When using Word as the e-mail editor, you get the error "Interface Not
Registered" when trying to send e-mail. To solve this so you can use Word as
the editor again, close all running Office applications.

In Start-> Run then type; Regsvr32.exe %Windir%\System32\Ole32.dll

Thank you for this post - it worked the first time. I closed all programs
and and typed exactly what is posted. Doesn't always happen that way!
