Outlook, receive okay,cannot send "interface not registered"

Having trouble with Outlook
display message reads 'interface not registered" microsoft office word
Any tips appreciated.

Posted here hundreds of tmes. Google Groups is your friend.

Click Start>Run and enter

regsvr32.exe ole32.dll

and click OK.
