Outlook insists on running in safe mode

Hi:
I was having trouble. Outlook 2002 would only open in safe mode.

Someone said a tiny little word in the middle of a sentence which FIXED my
problem.

I wanted to tell everyone, as it might work for you.

I renamed the outcmd.dat file to outcmd.old and restarted outlook. WORKED!!!

Whomever it was, thanks!
