Outlook Help Needed!!!

I have just started using outlook today and I can't
send any e-mails. It says that my POP3 and SMTP servers
are invalid. Can somebody please tell me where I can find
the right server...and tell me what to do. Thank you guys

Your ISP will tell you these values. How can anyone here? They don't know
what ISP you use. This isn't the alt.psychic newsgroup.
